As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses.  coffee bean 1kg  from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It is a great match with vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast with a sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a silky mouthfeel that sooths the palette. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
